Returns and Replacements

30-Day Return Policy

Tea With Grace is committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date.

To return an item to us:

  1. Request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number:
    1. Sign in to your account.
    2. Go to your order history and select the order that contains the items you want to return.
    3. At the bottom of the Order Details page, fill out the Request Return Authorization or Replacement form, then click Request RMA to submit your request.
  2. Wait to receive your RMA number via e-mail from Tea With Grace. You should receive your RMA number within 1-2 business days.
  3. When you receive your RMA number, pack the items in their original packaging, including outer box and packing material.
  4. Return the items to us via an insured shipping company to the following address:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, Tea With Grace will issue a refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping.

If you prefer to receive in-store credit toward a future purchase at Tea With Grace, select Issue in-store credit for future purchase when you fill out the Request Return Authorization or Replacement form.

Please Note:

  • No refund or credit will be issued without an RMA number.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Items returned without the outer shipping box will be subject to reduced return credit. Tea With Grace reserves the right to reduce the refund amount for items returned in unsatisfactory condition.
  • Consumable beverage items such as tea may not be returned for refund.

Replacements

If you find an item you receive is defective or is damaged during shipment, we will happily replace the item within 30 days of the shipment date.

To receive a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please send an email to orders@teawithgrace.com and describe the nature of the problem. Please include your order number in your email.

Tea With Grace will respond to your request via e-mail within 1-2 business days and we will ship a replacement item to you.

Depending on the item and description of the defect/damage, we may request that you ship the defective/damaged item to us. Or, we may request that you send a photo of the damaged or defective item. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive from us. If we request a return shipment, please pack the items in their original packing (if possible) and send them via an insured shipping company to the following address:

Note: Please do not return items to us unless we request it.

Tea With Grace advises you to inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival and report any defective or damaged items immediately. We will not provide replacement items after 30 days from the shipment date.
