30-Day Return Policy

Tea With Grace is committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date. Simply send us an e-mail at or call us at 763-783-1012, include your customer/shopper ID from your receipt, and describe the item being returned and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return authorization number via e-mail. Pack the item in the original packaging, including outer box and packing material, and return it to us via an insured shipping company to the following address:

Please include the return authorization number inside the package when you ship it to us. You will be refunded the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges, when we receive the item. If the item is defective, we will happily replace the item with no cost to you.

Items returned without the outer shipping box will be subject to reduced return credit. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if items are returned in unsatisfactory condition.
