When will my order arrive?
Orders to U.S. destinations should be delivered within one to five days after the ship date, depending on the shipping method you choose:

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Central Time) usually ship the following business day.
Note: Weekends and holidays are not business (shipping) days.
Can I get an order delivered by a certain date?
If you need an order by a specific date, please explain in the comments section of your order so we can recommend an alternate shipping method if necessary. Tea With Grace cannot guarantee delivery dates, but will make all possible effort to ensure delivery by the date you request.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
To ship to a P.O. box, you must select U.S. Postal Service shipping. (UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.) If you select UPS shipping, we will need to contact you for a street address, which will delay your order.
Do you ship to countries outside the U.S.?
We ship to countries outside the U.S., but free shipping is not available to these addresses.
Important: Recipients of shipments outside the U.S. may be responsible for additional duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Please contact the customs department of the destination country for information about applicable duties and taxes.
Do you ship to military addresses?
To enter a military address, enter the city as APO or FPO as appropriate. For state, select the appropriate region: AA (Armed Forces Americas, except Canada), AP (Armed Forces Pacific), or AE (Armed Forces Europe/Canada/Africa/Middle East).
Important: Choose U.S. Postal Service shipping. (UPS does not ship to military addresses.)
Why do I see a UPS Address validation error during checkout?
Our site uses UPS services to validate shipping addresses. If you receive this error, click the Change icon under Name and Address, make address corrections as necessary, and submit your address again. If you still receive the error, contact us for help in placing your order.
