Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, Tea With Grace will issue a refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping.
If you prefer to receive in-store credit toward a future purchase at Tea With Grace, select Issue in-store credit for future purchase when you fill out the Request Return Authorization or Replacement form.
If you find an item you receive is defective or is damaged during shipment, we will happily replace the item within 30 days of the shipment date.
To receive a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please send an email to email@example.com and describe the nature of the problem. Please include your order number in your email.Tea With Grace will respond to your request via e-mail within 1-2 business days and we will ship a replacement item to you.
Depending on the item and description of the defect/damage, we may request that you ship the defective/damaged item to us. Or, we may request that you send a photo of the damaged or defective item. Please follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive from us. If we request a return shipment, please pack the items in their original packing (if possible) and send them via an insured shipping company to the following address:
